We'll start with a quick call to better understand your needs and see if it's a good fit. If so, we'll walk you through the process of switching over. We can even get you up and running the same day!

Is Clubsum really free to use?
Yes, we believe in making our platform accessible to all clubs and associations.
How will Clubsum make money?
During this initial period we won't be charging fees. Clubs who join early will lock it in as a thank you for being an early customer.

In the future, we intend to charge for premium add-ons and collect a small percentage from clubs who collect payments through the platform. This way we our incentives are aligned, we only succeed if you succeed.
How can I switch from another platform?
We've put in a lot of effort to make switching from another platform as seamless as possible. We can have you up and running on Clubsum the same day.

Are payments secure?
Yes, under the hood we're using Stripe to process payments and deposit funds into your bank account. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification available.

They're trusted by many notable companies such as Zoom, Shopify, Lyft and many others.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all the major credit cards.
Does Clubsum have contracts?
No, we don't believe in locking you in with contracts. You're free to leave at any time. We'll even help you switch platforms if you decide to leave.
